Quality and Safety are of paramount importance to Ramon Hygiene Products and that is why we maintain BRC Global Standard for Consumer Productions Certification at the highest achievable grade.
BRC Global Standards is a leading brand and consumer protection organisation used by over 25,000 certificated suppliers over 130 countries, with certification issued through a global network of accredited certification bodies.
BRC Global Standards’ guarantee the standardisation of quality, safety and operational criteria and ensure that manufacturers like Ramon fulfil their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer.
The Standards have been developed by groups of industry experts to ensure they are rigorous and detailed but clearly focused on the key issues to produce high quality safe and legal products.
Fundamental requirements within this standard include senior management participation, a documented quality management system and control of factory environmental standards, process and personnel and the adoption of HACCP.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in the product. A HACCP System requires that potential hazards are identified and controlled at specific points in the process. This includes biological, chemical or physical hazards. This system has been adopted to minimize or eliminate hazards in our product.
ISO 9001 Quality Management
In 2026, Ramon Hygiene Products achieved ISO 9001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems.
ISO 9001 builds on our established quality credentials and provides independent assurance that we have robust systems in place to manage quality consistently across our business.
Certification covers how we manage and continually improve our processes, including quality controls, responsibilities, risk management, customer feedback and performance.
For our customers, ISO 9001 provides further confidence in the systems behind the products and service they receive from Ramon. It also provides recognised certification for organisations where ISO 9001 forms part of tender, procurement or approved supplier requirements.
Together with our existing BRCGS certification, ISO 9001 demonstrates our continued commitment to maintaining high standards as our business and UK manufacturing operations continue to grow.
